Bangladesh Pride & Expo does not process or assist with visa applications. We only provide the official Invitation Letter issued by the Expo Organizing Committee for accepted participants.
Important Visa Information

Invitation Letter Only
A Letter of Invitation confirms that your participation, registration, or involvement in Bangladesh Pride & Expo has been accepted by the organizing committee.

No Guarantee Letter
Pride & Expo Bangladesh does not issue any Letter of Guarantee, local sponsor letter, stay schedule, or embassy-specific documents.

Embassy Decision Final
Visa approval or rejection is fully controlled by the relevant Embassy or Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Bangladesh Pride & Expo cannot intervene.
Invitation Letter vs Guarantee Letter
Letter of Invitation
Confirms that your participation or registration has been accepted by the Expo Organizing Committee. It may support your visa application, but it does not guarantee visa approval.
Letter of Guarantee
A formal legal and financial responsibility commitment for a visitor during their stay in the host country. Bangladesh Pride & Expo does not issue this document under any circumstances.
Visa Responsibility
Applicants are fully responsible for their own visa process, required documents, embassy communication, travel arrangements, and final visa outcome.
We Process Free Visa Applications Upon Request
Pride & Expo Bangladesh has no influence on the decision of visa applications.

Misuse of Documents Will Not Be Tolerated
Any misuse or misrepresentation of Bangladesh Pride & Expo documents or policies will not be tolerated.
In the event that a visa application is denied, Bangladesh Pride & Expo cannot influence or intervene in decisions made by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or any Embassy. We do not engage in correspondence with embassies on behalf of applicants.
